Pastors Esteban and Chari Orozco have been passionately building and serving the local church together since their early teens. They bring a wealth of experience from their formative adult years, where they contributed to one of the fastest-growing churches in the nation, developing creative and production teams.

Before moving to St Pete, Esteban and Chari helped build a faith-based streaming service that helped others engage scripture through storytelling. Now, they’re excited to continue their journey of unpacking Scripture and sharing the gospel as they pioneer Hope St. Pete in the Sunshine City.

When he’s not pouring his heart into Hope St. Pete, Pastor Esteban serves as the CEO of the Nómada Group, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping non-profit organizations and houses of faith enhance their overall experience and build effective systems.

Pastor Chari co-leads Hope alongside Pastor Esteban and brings her creativity and enthusiasm as an author and coffee lover. She also serves as the Creative Director of the Nomada Group, helping others craft their brand voice. Together, Pastors Esteban and Chari are passionate about the Bible and dedicated to inspiring others to love God wholly and see others like Jesus.
